Digital Health:
Improving Health Through Digital Solutions
Technological developments are moving at rapid speeds. Concerns over AI regulation permeate through governments. Data privacy discussions dominate courtrooms. Meanwhile, inequalities deepen as low-to-middle-income countries are left behind.
In response, the World Health Assembly created a robust 2020-2025 roadmap to scale up digital health technologies. As such LonWHO selected the theme of ‘Digital Health: Improving Health Through Digital Solutions’ for the 2024 conference, providing delegates a chance to be a part of global digital developments.
This simulation of the World Health Assembly will prepare attendees through a series of structured debates, expert talks, collaboration on policies and presentation of solutions throughout the conference.
The LonWHO 2024 experience will train delegates in the art of global health diplomacy, advocacy, debating and policy making to equip attendees with the skills they need to become youth health leaders and further their careers.
